  3. Mobilize Your Website! • It’s now a “small screen” world! • Are you a player? • Look at your website on multiple devices, different screen sizes & different browsers. • Look at your patrons. What are they using? • Look at your metrics. (You have metrics, right?)

This is the time. • Responsive Web Design (RWD) • “Automatic for the People”. • App, Code, Plugin or 2nd Website? • I like easy. (Wordpresswith the Wptouch Pro plugin; see it at sumplibrary.org). • Let them choose (Need a switch).

  5. Improve Your Website! • Can’t just “magnify” the site. • Better, not bigger. • Does it have what it should have? • Hours • OPAC Login • OPAC Search • Location • Can you make it even better? • Kill the clutter • The need for speed • No library lingo
