  4. El Sistema Nacional de Certificación Ambiental de Establecimientos Educativos (SNCAE) es un programa coordinado por CONAMA, MINEDUC, CONAF, ACHM, UNESCO. A través de esté se desarrollan líneas de acción complementarias para fortalecer la educación ambiental, el cuidado y protección del medio ambiente, y la generación de redes asociativas para la gestión ambiental local.
