  2. Adil Baguirov is an educational leader who has embarked on the journey of inspiring people. He knows how to lead people in the right manner.

  3. He started serving at Dayton Public Schools in 2013. He was a committee member of the City of Learners organization in Dayton for a year beginning in 2014.

  4. Adil Baguirov worked as the Dayton Public Schools Technology Steering Committee from 2015 to 2017.

  5. In 2016, he was elected as the president. He managed to increase cash reserves and aiding the budget, bettering transportation and served the district’s students, parents, teachers, and staff.

  6. Adil Baguirov has been serving on the Dayton Board of Education since he was elected to it in 2013.

  7. Adil Baguirov has also been working in the Ohio Senate Education Committee for years now.

  8. On the education front, Adil Baguirov earned his undergraduate degree in international relations and business administration from the University of Southern California and the Ph.D. degree from Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
