  2. About us • AERIAL FIT STUDIOS is one of the First Pole and Aerial Studios in South East Melbourne. Aerial Fit Studios offers a variety of classes, including Pole Fitness, Aerial Hoop/ Lyra, Aerial Silks/ Tissu, Aerial Hammock, Dance, Stretch, Boot camp and so much more. • We also offer the studio for parties for any occasion such as hens, divorce, birthday parties or just for a chance to get together and have fun.

  4. Aerial Hoop Aerial Hoop classes are great for building strength, stamina and increasing flexibility. A full class will give your whole body a good workout but when it comes to your core muscles and your upper body strength.

  5. Aerial Silk Aerial silk also known as aerial contortion, aerial ribbons, aerial silks, aerial tissues, fabric, ribbon, or tissuas a type of performance in which one or more artists perform aerial acrobatics while hanging from a special fabric.
