Slovak RES Energy ConceptImplementing mechanism • Creation of management committee; • Participation of relevant government departments; • Creation of the Program for control of RES development • ad-hoc working group, where the participants are the representatives of these departments, if necessary then representatives of regional self-administration, energy institutions, finance institutions, non-governmental organizations or private sector.

Three Targets of the Program • Strategic planning in the part of the RES development, • Co-operation within the formulation of official position of the Slovak Republic in the part of RES in accordance to foreign institutions, • Design of system arrangements for support of RES exploitation development

  13. New Energy Act • Acceptance of European legislation requests • Changes in the energy structure and changes in the property • Modification of the competences between Institute for Regulation of Network Industries and Ministry of Economy SR
