  7. SELECTION process • MoA organised public tender at NUTS II level to select the administrator of the project • Administrator organised public tender within its area, created committee which selected microregions based on criteria set up by the MoA

KIND of support • Technical expertise –technical expert from outside of the area and local manager • Technical experts were guided methodologically by national coordinator • Financial means for activities connected with the mobilisation of local people • Financial means for setting up local development strategies

  15. Project TA Leader • „Leader preparation technical assistance project“ financed by the loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (1,3 mil. EUR) • Assessment and analysis of the current status of the rural area and the rural stakeholders in the SR
