He festively graduated from Howard with honors at the age of 25. Family life ------->

  3. Family life His mothers name was Norma Arica Williams, and his father was William Canfield Marshal. As I said his mother was a school teacher and his father was simply a waiter. His family was middle-class and they seemed to enjoy it very much. His parents pushed him very hard to become the great man he was. If he ever got in trouble at school his parents would force him to memorize sections of the U.S constitution. Hardships ------->

  4. Hardships Marshal didn’t have many obstaces and hardships at the time besides fighting for the rights of African Americans. He didn’t give up and he wanted for the black to be as equal as the white. He reached this goal, but unfortunately he died on January 23,1993. Achievements -------->

  5. Thurgood Marshal was a great man. He entered public service in 1961 as a member of the United States second circuit court of appeals. He also became a great lawyer fighting the ones who didn’t want freedom for the African Americans. He journeyed all this way and fought to the very end.
