  2. Description of a business • The business legal structure: Sole trader, partnership or company. • Type of enterprise: Extractive, manufacturing or service. • Product/ service

  3. Objectives • Include 2/3. • They should refer to what the group expects to achieve.

  4. Swot analysis • Must include your target audience.

  5. Research Methods • The student should indicate the research that will be carried out. • Market research.

  6. Schedule of Time • The student should indicate how much time will be allocated to each part of the activity and the dates of any deadlines that must be met in order to carry out the plan

  7. Resources and Costs • Material resources should be itemised and estimated costs recorded. • Include things like rent, ESB bills, payment of employees etc.

  8. Evaluation Methods • The methods or indicators the group plans to use to ascertain whether or not the objectives have been achieved. • The student must refer back to the stated objectives, taking care that each objective is evaluated.

  9. Actions • An outline of the steps that the group intends to take to implement the plan –chronological order.
