  1. CURRENT PROJECT • GOCC ( GLOBAL OPERATIONS CONTROL CENTRE )

  2. In the present OCC we have only Technical and Short Term Scheduling representation. • In the GOCC we will have Technical, Crew Tracking ( both Flight Deck and Cabin Crew ), Yield Management, Passenger Handling and Short Term Scheduling representation.

  3. We currently find that the time spent to make a decision during irregular operations is to long, due to the fact that all the role players are not immediately available at all times. • The current way of communicating is per telephone.

  4. GENERAL Renewing of mid range aircraft fleet

  5. We are in the process of replacing the current Airbus A300’s and Airbus A320’s with Boeing 737 - 800’s. • The current B747 - 200’s, B747 - 300’s and B747 - SP’s will be replaced with B747 - 400’s.
