  3. OTOEMISIONES ACUSTICAS • ESPONTANEAS (Ausentes en la mitad de los individuos con audición normal) • PROVOCADAS (OEAP): • OEA TRANSITORIAS (estímulos transitorios) • PRODUCTOS DE DISTORSION ACUSTICA (por estimulación con 2 tonos puros

EQUIPOS PARA LA DETECCION DE LAS OTOEMISONES ACUSTICAS • Sistemas de registro de las OEAP ( transitorias) más extendido es el analizador otodinámico ILO • Click de 80 mseg de duración • Intensidad de 80 dB SPL • Frecuencia de 21 clicks por segundo • Nivel de ruido inferior a 39 dB SPL • Resultados posibles: PASA (OEA presente/ NO PASA (cuando no se detecta OEA)

EQUIPOS PARA LA DETECCION DE LAS OTOEMISONES ACUSTICAS (II) • Para el estudio de los productos de distorsión se estimula la cóclea con dos tonos puros, cuya frecuencia viene definida por la fórmula 2F1-F2 • Resultado Pdgrama (audiogramas de productos de distorsión) que nos indican si existe o no OEA

  6. CONDICIONES PARA LA REALIZACION DE LAS OEA • CAE permeable • Oido medio sin alteraciones. • Ambiente silencioso • Paciente relajado o dormido (en bebés sueño natural)
