  7. The Protocol -How it Works • Relates to any issue which is perceived to cross boundaries • Comes from many sources LINk members Local Organisations Commissioners Providers

  8. Process • Receiving Team identifies issue • Informs other LHW Teams • Decision Made ?Alone or Together • Standing agenda on GM meeting until investigation completed.

  9. Working together • Identify Lead Contact Person • Decide on means of communication • Pool finances and resources • Jointly organise meetings or events • Decide who is writing reports
