  2. UNA MIRADA A LA ADMINISTRACIÓN • ¿POR QUÉ ES IMPORTANTE PARA NOSOTROS COMO MATRONA/ON? • 1. Para ordenar bienes y servicios que satisfagan las necesidades de salud. • 2. Lograr una división equitativa, según las necesidades de recursos tanto humanos , materiales y financieros.

PLANIFICACIÓN • Busca representar la realidad de un sector, proponiendo soluciones y respuestas a los problemas presentes. • Es analizar el trabajo antes de ejecutar, por ello se dice que es una etapa pre-ejecutiva en la administración. • La finalidad es eliminar cualquier imprevisto que se pueda presentar en la ejecución del trabajo y así asegurar el éxito de éste.
