Archives First Official Document Congratulations… 87 members… 83% of eligible membership… “…could be 87 voices saying, ‘I have something to say and haven’t been heard yet’.” Announcement of – 1st Annual Meeting February 27 & 28, 1978 – Little Rock Official time granted, but no expenses… Therefore, organizes accommodations for out-of-town members to stay with Little Rock members.
