U42 : Compétences, attitudes professionnelles et savoirs associes Communication orale (interne et externe) T.81.3 Communication orale interpersonnelle et de groupe T.82.1 Accueil en face à face, au téléphone et via les médias d’information Ces situations peuvent relever de relations de communication établies dans le cadre des activités A1 à A7 Communication écrite (interne) T.81.1 Création et modélisation de documents T.81.2 Rédaction et diffusion des documents écrits T.81.4 Facilitation des échanges internes Ces travaux doivent mettre en œuvre les fonctionnalités avancées du traitement de texte ainsi que les fonctionnalités d’un tableur, d’un SGBDR. Chacun de ces travaux doit recourir à deux logiciels au moins.
