  16. Patients Meeting 3-3-1 Threshold 3-3-1 Threshold refers to patients who have visited 3 pharmacies, 3 prescribers, over 1 months time.

  17. MME Trends MME (Morphine Milligram Equivalent) was a tool developed to equate the many different opioids into one standard value based on morphine and its potency.

  18. MPE Trends Graph indicates the number of patients meeting or exceeding thresholds that have been associated with “Doctor Shopping”.

  19. MA, MN, NE, NJ, OH, VA, WV are states that collect Gabapentin as a drug of interest. KY, ND, TN are states that collect Gabapentin as a controlled substance.
