SE Group and VanasseHangenBrustlin • No Final Contract Until After Town Meeting • Resources for Conduct of Project • Traffic Engineers • Town Planners • Landscape Architects • Environmental Planners • Experience with Similar Communities • Ability to Communicate with the Town • Funding Experience and Knowledge • Previous Experience with Waterville Company and the WV Ski Resort

  4. Timeline Nine Month Process (March, 2014 to January, 2015) Traffic Study During Vacation Weeks This Month Results Oriented – The Focus of This Project is to have a Report at the End which will help complete projects in the future

  5. Project Goal Develop a Well Thought Out, Comprehensive and Sophisticated Plan – From the Town Point of View – Which Will Support Future Development of the Town Core
