My Vision and Philosophy • Servant Leadership where teachers are able to teach with the resources and guidance needed, a passionate leader who ensures a systemic approach to decision making, a safe secure learning environment, professional development on areas of need and to build capacity, encouragement, visibility, strong leadership that ensures a responsive and engaging approach to teaching, feedback, collaboration and support. • My Vision is to lead in a world class school system where students will be able to compete in a global world, taught to be critical thinkers and articulate communicators, encourage citizenship and ways to support their community as well as provide for all students in a respectful, caring, and rigorous learning environment that will allow them to reach their full potential.

Word Knowledge, Fluency, Comprehension, Writing. Promoted knowledge, skills, and understanding through enriching learning opportunities

Additional Past Assignments Cont. • Teacher Mentor-Charlotte Danielson Mentoring Program, have mentored several new teachers and ESL teacher • In-District Technology Trainer-was responsible for training teachers on Internet, web quests, software, testing tools • Teacher Liaison through ISC4-provided feedback to teachers regarding programs offered for teachers and students.

Other Past Experiences • Provided teacher technology training to teachers in the South Cook Area on both PCs and Macs through the Center for Teaching and Learning, courses included word, excel, PowerPoint, web quests, internet searching, live text, Smart Boards, and Document Cameras • Provided training in technology courses through the Center for Teaching and Learning to school technology representative from Australia • Presented at State Conferences on Technology use for Teachers

Personal Life- My Family • Married to my Best Friend, Bill Mother of 3 Children – Fabulous Daughters & Son • Kimberly, married to Scott- son and daughter, twins- Phillip and Kennedy • Lisa, just married this year to Jeff • My precious son and hero Phillip, would be 31 this year, he died in Kirkuk, Iraq 8/22/2007, Army- Infantry Scout Mother of 4 Wonderful Stepsons • Dan, married to Beth – daughter Harley • Jeff, married to Cheryl- sons, Tyler, Rex, and Trevor • Craig, married to Christine- daughter Abby • Jim in the Navy stationed in Japan on a Destroyer, son Xavier
