Who are the new learners? • they are social, and depend heavily on their use of technology to keep in touch (Web 2.0) • use multiple technologies to obtain and share information on an on demand basis.  • are multi-taskers. To them, the online world is a reflection and extension of the offline world. For this generation, it is not about the technology, it is about real life.
