  11. Grammar • Comparatives and Superlatives • Adjectives can be used to compare two or more things. • The comparative compares two things and adds –erto the adjective. The comparative may also be formed by placing the word more in front of the adjective. • Examples:faster, more delicious • The superlative compares more than two things and adds –estto the adjective. Superlatives may also be formed by placing the word most in front of the adjective. • Examples: fastest, most delicious • Write five sentences about one of your favorite activities that contain comparatives and superlatives.
