DIKTI Collaboration with Germany Education Collaboration • DIKTI – DAAD • DIKTI provides funding for in-country German language training at Goethe Institute in Jakarta • DAAD provides scholarships for Indonesian lecturers to pursue graduate degrees in Germany • Indonesia-Germany Debt-Swap Program • DIKTI scholarship recipients studying in Germany as portion of Indonesian debt payment
