  2. 骨幹建設分組工作目標及工作重點 • 一、目標 • 建設國內IPv6網路骨幹，提供研發及測試之實際應用環境。 • 執行現有IPv4網路至IPv6之轉移，並提供過渡期間之相容機制。 • 二、工作重點 • 建設國內IPv6網路骨幹 • 進行HiNet, TANet, TANet2, NBEN, ASNet等IPv6骨幹網路互連 • 提供ADSL用戶IPv6連接 • 於十個網接中心（GigaPoP）建立IPv6示範教室及Tunnel Broker • 建置IPv4/IPv6互通機制之NAT-PT Gateway • 提供IPv6-based Multimedia service • 與國外6REN（IPv6 Research and Education Networks）發展連線合作 • 擴大與國外ISP IPv6網路互連 • 完成與國際IPv6網路交換中心6TAP之連線 • 訂定IPv6位址分配與管理政策 • 參與IPv6 Forum，與國際IPv6網路組織進行交流

HiNet Trial Services • 九十年七月一日起至九十一年六月三十日 • IPv6 Tunnel Service：試用戶須為 HiNet 固接式客戶(含專線及ADSL)，試用戶使用 IPv6 • Configured Tunnel 設定，並以 HiNet 配發之 IPv6 位址連接至本網路，試用 • 戶須另指定一個 IPv4 位址作為建立 Tunnel 之用。  • IPv6 Native Service：試用戶使用 HiNet 配發或自行申請之 IPv6 位址，並自備支援 IPv6協定 • 之路由器，租用中華電信之高速數據電路連接至本網路；本服務提供試用 • 戶建立獨立之 IPv6 連外網路 • IPv6 TWIX Service(On going)：試用戶須自行申請 IPv6 位址及AS number，並自備 TWIX 機房端與試用 • 戶端支援 IPv6 協定之路由器，以高速數據電路連接至 IPv6 TWIX 網路作訊 • 務交換。
