Suma aferentă cursului include: • discuțiile de analiză a nevoilor de instruire (TNA) cu fiecare participant în parte; • toate materialele de curs; • cheltuielile aferente meselor de prânz și pauzelor de cafea. • Dreptul de participare la curs a unui membru al companiei participante este transmisibil altei persoane din cadrul companiei respective, în cazul în care participantul confirmat inițial nu mai poate participa la curs din motive obiective.
