In-house interdisciplinary design, development, and test • LASSI offers off-the-shelf bus components or custom hardware solutions depending on customer needs • Aerospace systems engineering services • Electrical engineering services • Mechanical engineering services • In-house test and operations capabilities • Thermal vacuum chamber • Vacuum bake-out • Sun simulator for solar array testing • Electromagnetic torquer Helmholtz test apparatus • Weight and balance and inertial properties • (Near-by vibration testing facility available on-call) • Ground station, telemetry, tracking, and control

IlliniSat-3 Power Board • Multi-semester project initiated last semester to develop power control and distribution board for next generation CubeSat • Basic requirements and initial design completed and documented • Several features not completed, unsuccessfully implemented, or considered out of scope in initial design • Objective for this semester is to understand remaining, scope a subset of it for completion this semester, and provide implementation plan for remaining work • Channing will provide an overview of what has been accomplished and what still needs to be worked out…
