  6. Problem Winnie and the Tucks were being chased down by the Man in the Yellow Suit, who wants the spring for himself. Mae hits him in the head with a shotgun, trying to protect Winnie. The constable comes by and says that if he dies, Mae will be hanged…

  7. Plot Winnie Foster has been sheltered her whole life; she’s never allowed to be alone, constantly being given rules to follow exactly, and she’s not even allowed to go outside her own yard. Maybethis is to blame for her prissy, spoiled nature, but the one day she decides to go into her family’s woods, she comes across a shocking discovery. Someone is living there. She meets the Tucks, a quant family who claims that they drank from a spring that gave them eternal life, and teach her that living forever is not all that it may seem, but there's no time; someone has figured out their secret, and he wants the spring…

  8. Resolution The Man in the Yellow Suit dies, and Mae is put in jail. Winnie is taken home, where everyone is a bit concerned about her. Then Jessie comes by and tells her the tucks plan to get Mae out, and gives her a bottle of the spring water. Telling her to drink it when she turns seventeen and to find them. They go to the jail, Get Mae, And the Tucks leave. Will Winnie drink the water?
