Workshop objectives • EIONET: Build capacity for biodiversity reporting in Europe • Move from conclusions of 2006 workshop and see where we are now (Themes: Data centre/ 2010 target data needs/ ecosystem assessment) • To establish national positions – where are we now? • Identify avenues for co-operation between EEA and network (co-operation for next five years/ links to the Commission network/ ref. Shared Environmental Information System SEIS implementation plan)
