STEPS BEFORE ONLINE FORM FILLUP • Scan Photo and Scan Signature in jpeg within the size of maximum 100 KB and minimum 50KB must be kept ready. • Scan copy of all the educational and other certificates in jpeg format within 1MB size must be kept ready. • Credit/Debit card/Internet Banking should be kept ready for on-line payment. • A valid Email address which is not registered with the system.Same Email cannot be used for more than one candidate registration. • A valid Mobile number which is not registered with the system.Same Mobile Number cannot be used for more than one candidate registration.

  4. STEPS FOR ONLINE FORM FILLUP • STEP 1: VISITTHE KKHSOU WEBSITE AND CLICK ON “THE ONLINE ADMISSION“ LINK http://kkhsou.in

  5. STEPS FOR ONLINE FORM FILLUP • STEP 2: Register The applicant must register themselves by clicking on “Register“ option.

  6. CLICK ON THE “REGISTER“ OPTION

  7. Enter Candidate Name Enter Valid Email Address Enter Candidate Mobile Number Enter a password containing digit and alphabet only Enter the same password again here Click “REGISTER“ button

  8. STEPS FOR ONLINE FORM FILLUP • STEP 3: LOGIN Applicant must login to the system using username and password

  9. Enter Registered Email or Registered Mobile number Enter Password here Click on “LOGIN“ button

  10. STEPS FOR ONLINE FORM FILLUP • STEP 4: Enter the Personal Details Applicant must fill the personal detail. Note: Applicant must have the scanned copy of recent photo and Signature (size up to 100kb).

  13. STEPS FOR ONLINE FORM FILLUP • Step:5 Enter the Course Detail Applicant must fill the Course detail. Note: Before selecting course the applicants are strictly advice to check the availability of Course and Subjects in the STUDY CENTRE of their choice.

  14. Select District, Name of college, Course Select Branch(Pass/Major), Study Materail Language,Exam(1st Sem) If Degree than Select 3 Elective Subjects Click “Save & Continue“ button

  15. STEPS FOR ONLINE FORM FILLUP • Step 6: Enter the Educational Detail Applicant must fill the Educational detail.

  16. Roll Number/Enrollment No Board/ University Year of passing Pass Percentage Click Add Select Educational Qualification Exam Click “Save & Continue“ button

  17. STEPS FOR ONLINE FORM FILLUP • Step 7: Documents Upload Scanned copy of Documents are mandatory Note: Applicant must have the scanned copy of documents (size up to 100kb).

  18. View the Uploaded Certificate Image Upload Scan Photo of Certificate Upload Scan photo Upload Scan Signature Click “Final Submit“ button Click the confrim box

  19. STEPS FOR ONLINE FORM FILLUP • Step 8: ONLINE PAYMENT By clicking on pay now Applicant will be redirected to payment gateway.

  20. Click “Pay Now“ button for online payment of fees

  21. STEPS FOR ONLINE FORM FILLUP Note: If applicant want to make any changes in the application form or want to check the form then click on cancel button. Once payment has been done by any mode then applicant will not be allowed to make any change in the application. After payment details in the applicant’s form will be consider as true and processed further.(KKHSOU WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WRONG SUBMISSION).

  22. STEPS FOR ONLINE FORM FILLUP • Step 9: Print Application Form By clicking on “Print“ Option we can Print or Download the application form. Note: The application form must be printed in 2 copies. One copy must be submitted to study center and one copy my be rettained by the student for future reference.
