Green Areas in ahead • Examiners Registration System. • Registered Numbers will be assigned for the faculty of all colleges • University, Government & Aided • Unaided after verification of qualification & experience certificates • Standardization of E-mail System. • E-mails will be created in the uniform manner for the Principals & Staff of all the colleges using college code.

Cooperation required from the Principals • Advanced gally preparation with at most care in typing student and parent names strictly as per SSC records. • Verification of student applications before forwarding to the Controller of Examinations. • Later updation/modification of internal marks are almost strictly prohibited. Cooperation required from the Principals • Any discrepancies shall be brought to the notice of the Controller of Examinations through the Principal concerned and same shall be sent to the E-mail: kuexams2010@yahoo.com. • Use telephone conversation on emergency only , preferably for general issues.

Areas to be Improved During Examination • Proper Filling of D-Forms • Entering Any New Numbers • Rounding Absentee Numbers • Rounding Irrelevant Numbers Found , if any • Rounding SMP Cases • Filling Correctly Number of Students Registered, Appeared , Absent and SMP Cases • Forwarding of Paper wise , Session Wise and Day Wise Observer’s Report with all Above details.
