  1. Quick and Easy Steps to Remove Bitdefender Software Setup? Click Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features.

  2. Right-click on the listed Bitdefender Total Security 2012 project, run the Uninstall command.

  3. Click Remove option from this installation

  4. Wait for Bitdefender to complete the "Uninstall Progress"

  5. Restart Your System or Check "Bitdefender has been deleted".

  6. If you encountered the program and feature information window, saying "An error occurred while attempting to uninstall Bitdefender Total Security 2012.

  7. You may see another information with pop-up "You do not have sufficient access to remove Bitdefender Total Security 2012 from the Programs and Features list.”

  8. You run the BTS-2012 again, click OK on Programs and Features pop-up, telling "An error occurred while trying to uninstall Bitdefender Total Security 2012.
