Dropbox • 6 to 4 weeks before start of tournament EHF shares a Dropbox with TD and UM • Dropbox folders created by Jane Brennan and Yamila Conill at EHF office • Competitions Manager, Dariusz Kurç, inputs Team Lists / Entry Forms • Communications Manager, Siobhan Madeley, has access to match reports for Eurohockey website

Dropbox • When tournament is over and Final Reports folder is complete EHF office “unshares” tournament Dropbox • TD and UM allowed to keep a copy of the Dropbox but further changes are not shared • EHF office files all documents correctly and shares information with Outdoor and Indoor Competitions Committees(as appropriate), Appointments Committee and the Disciplinary Commissioner

  4. TD Folders • XXX (tournament number) TD Final Reports (to be returned to EHF within 1 week) • Match Reports (to be posted as soon as possible after match end, access by Siobhan for website) • Team Entry Forms (TD to contact Dariusz regarding any issues in advance of tournament)

  5. TD Documents • Instructions for TD and UM (info about current regulations, Dropbox contents, documents to be completed and returned, how and to whom) • Letter from EHF Disciplinary Commissioner • Blank EHF Match Report Form • Blank TD Report Form • Blank TO Report Form • Blank UM Report Form • Blank EHF Card Summary Report

  6. UM Folders • XXX (tournament number) UM Final Report (to be returned to EHF office within 1 week of end of tournament)

  7. UM Documents • Letter from EHF Disciplinary Commissioner • Blank UM Report Form • FIH Combined UPF and Umpire Marks Form • Umpire Marking System and UPF Form Sdtandard Version User Notes
