  3. WHERE TO START WITH OUR VACATON BIBLE SCHOOL? • PRAYER is the most important tool we have. • The DATE (7/8 – 7/12)should be marked on your calendar. • Your MATERIAL should be well chosen and prepared.

  5. PREPARE • Pray for your area of ministry • Pray for kids in your area. • Look over your curriculum and materials • Assist with set up registration booths and Gym decoration( or send your spouse!) • Prior to VBS!

  6. PREPARE • Continue to pray to your ministry • If you are morning teachers and helpers, be in your first rotation room by 8:30am each morning • If you are afternoon workshop teachers and helpers, be in your room by 12:30pm • During VBS!

  37. Please help by empty Garbagecans when full. • Do not leave children Unattendedat any time • Check in daily at welcome center. Pick up your name tag. • If you encounter any Discipline Problems that cannot be handled in the classroom, bring the child to the church library. Program Director will be available to help. • If you need or Run Out of anything, please let us know! We are here to Helpyou in any way we can. More? Smile! Smile! We are here to serve the Lord!   38. Restroom Breaks • All children must be escorted to and from the restroom. • Teachers/helpers stands at restroom entrance, propping door open with back. • Choose a transition for a group break.

  39. Volunteers’ lounge • Set up with beverages and snacks. • Visits lounge with limited time. • Youth helpers need get permission form leaders. • Please leave all drinks and food in lounge • Enjoy!

  40. Do not leave a rotation early. “Time Fillers” can be used to fill time as needed. • Group guides need to walk your group to and from activities. • Be on time to each station. • Use transition time to practice song sand memory verses. • Group guides need to stay with your group at each station to assist in activities and crowd control. Violator will be asked to change or drop out of program ❌NO  spaghetti  straps   ❌NO  midriff  tops  or  dresses.   ❌NO  ripped  off  sleeves.   ❌ Shorts  of  modest  length  are   acceptable.  NO  SHORT  SHORTS.   ØThe  dress  code  is  enforced  at  all   times.  Participants  are  to  abide   by  the  dress  code  at  ministry   sites  (CCCFC  campus).   VBS Dress Code
