  13. Privatization / Brokerage Description: Privatization is not a task on its own. Employers, tenants and service providers have to cooperate. This is the creation of wealth for the new owners. Social aspects have to be considered as well. Approach: - Analyzing the assets - Developing a business plans - Restructuring - Tenant Advise - Sale to owners / occupiers - Sale to capital investors

  14. Privatization / Brokerage Results: Our privatization rate is around 70% (Average rate in Germany: 40%) Sale to semi-professionals and to professionals is very successful Sale of larger residential portfolios of public housing companies is more difficult but very encouraging

Loan / Risk Management Description: Sale by court order and receivership of single / multiple family dwellings and housings estates on request of banks Approach: Outsourcing agreement with lenders Assessment of the real estate Restructuring Receivership Advertisement of the real estate Negotiations with potential purchasers

  16. Loan / Risk Management Results: More than 5.000 successfully managed forced sales since the formation of the company Realization of approx. 100% of the value in well established areas like Hamburg, Bremen, Berlin In average realization of approx. 50% of the value in the New States of Germany

  17. Project Management Description: No property development on its own. Property development only in conjunction with loan / risk management. wesDA Consulting is taking over the general management and marketing role Approach: Definition of the property development role with banks Outsourcing concept Disposition plan

  18. Project Management Results: Acquisition of non marketable assets through companies who belong to the wesDA consulting Group Enhancement of the land through property development (e.g. refurbishment of the building etc.) Sale of the refurbished / redeveloped property

Financing / Banking Description: Conclusion of financing arrangements in conjunction with property development projects Approach: Renegotiation of bank loans Cooperation with mortgage banks Analysis, management and application on behalf of our clients for subsidies granted by European Union, Germany, public banks, utility companies etc.

Management Consulting Description: Financial engineering, human resources management and tax advice through wesDA Consulting and their preferred network partners Approach: Review of budgets and financing arrangements Advice and renegotiation of existing contracts (architects, engineers, etc.) Advice and selection of potential candidates for full time employees Interim management
