CHARTER AMENDMENT PROPOSAL • Amends Section 704 of Orange County Charter, entitled “Conflict of County Ordinance with Municipal Ordinances,” subject to Voter Referendum • Amendment to Sec. 704 • County ordinances would be effective within municipal ordinances to extent County sets stricter minimum standards for prohibiting or regulating simulating gambling or gambling.
