  1. Purpose Disregard colors, fonts, and poor design. This is my attempt to achieve these goals: Satisfy Buyer – Make it easy to find tickets Satisfy Seller – Provide an active market Increase speed of “transaction resolution” – Posting to Sale Time and Search time to purchase times are reduced to minimum Offer multiple sales options that benefit sellers and buyers

  2. HOME PAGE Simplify it! As far as I can see, these are the only FOUR things anyone would want when coming to your homepage: Buy Tickets Sell Tickets What’s unique about Ticket Bag? How can I get some help?

  3. HOME PAGE TicketBag.com Daily TicketBag Promotion BUY Tickets SELL Tickets MLB NBA NCAA NFL NHL Concerts Theatre & Shows Other TicketBag Basics Customer Service Advertisements BUY TICKETS NOW SELL TICKETS NOW The ABC’s of TicketBag.com TicketBag Customer Service Login | Register Now Customer Service Site Map Buy Tickets Sell Tickets TicketBag FAQ Contact Us

  4. SELLING TICKETS Change the Data Collected To simplify searches and to track sales more effectively, this is a requirement. HUGE CONCERN: What to do with the present inventory? Perhaps the IT guy could figure out a way to do a blanket change of all present sales. Perhaps an email can be sent out to sellers asking them to make appropriate changes to their inventory.

  8. CHARITY OPTION Why offer this option? Seller – Gets to write-off face value. Seller - Guaranteed sale ensures one posting with benefits. Seller – No fee to seller. Buyer – Probably gets a great deal. Buyer - Can feel good about their purchase. TicketBag – Guaranteed Sale. (I’d recommend only 5% fee) TicketBag – More traffic (Bargain hunters, hippies, normal folk too) TicketBag – Can only be good PR for T-Bag

  9. BUYING TICKETS REDUCE THE CLUTTER! Different buyers want different things. This is an attempt to reduce the unwanted noise and get the buyer to their product preference ASAP. This design type might also help in understanding customer desires via hit counts. This would be important information that you could pass along to sellers looking to understand your clientele.

  14. AFTER CHANGES MADE What does this make possible? Focused Email Alerts can be set up based on parameters. Data collected can help focus your promotions. Data collected can be supplied to all sellers so they can serve your customer base better – Example: Did you know 75% of tickets priced at 110% or less of face value sell within 24 hours? Data collected can be used in advertisements – 75% of tickets on ticket bag are sold within X hours. Development of Frequent buyer program can be more focused on promoting appropriate profit making activities

  15. FREQUENT BUYER IDEAS Things to consider much later Tickets Use points for gift cards – Which often go unused Raffles – Every 10 points gets you a raffle ticket for seat give aways Merchandise – TBag stuff, Cubs cap, Sox Shirt, etc.
