TEMA N°3: MORFOLOGÍA DEL APARATO RESPIRATORIO • Enumerar los elementos que conforman el aparato respiratorio. • Describir la conformación de la caja torácica. • Enumerar los límites del orificio superior e inferior del tórax. • Clasificar las costillas y describir una costilla típica. • Enumerar y clasificar las articulaciones de la caja torácica. • Mencionar los músculos del tórax con énfasis en los intercostales. • Describir los paquetes neurovasculares intercostales anterior y posterior. • Describir brevemente el músculo diafragma. • Describir brevemente tráquea y bronquios. • Ubicar los pulmones en la caja torácica. • Describir brevemente los pulmones: forma, caras, bordes, cisuras y lóbulos. • Enumerar la segmentación broncopulmonar en ambos pulmones. • Describir el hilio y pedículo pulmonar. • Definir la pleura y sus divisiones. • Diferenciar saco y cavidad pleural. • Establecer los sitios de reflexión pleural. • Ubicar los senos o recesos pleurales indicando su importancia funcional. • Mencionar la inervación e irrigación de la membrana pleural.
