WEATHER BULLETIN Up here in the Northern part of Michigan we just recovered from a Historic event --- may I even say a "Weather Event" of "Biblical Proportions" --- with a historic blizzard of up to 100" inches of snow, 50 foot snow drifts, and winds to 90 MPH that broke trees in half, knocked down utility poles, stranded hundreds of motorists in lethal snow banks, closed ALL roads, isolated scores of communities and cut power to 10's of thousands.   2. George Bush did not come nor any ClintonsFEMA did nothing. No one howled at or blamed the government. No one blamed the Republicans or Democrats. No one even uttered an expletive on TV.

  3. No one asked for a FEMA Trailer HouseNo one looted. Nobody - I mean Nobody demanded the government do something. Nobody expected the government to do anything in either party, Democrats and Republicans alike …

  5. Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton did not visit. Our Mayor's did not blame Bush or anyone else.Our Governor did not blame Bush or anyone else either. CNN, ABC, CBS, FOX, or NBC did not visit - or even report on how SEVER this Category 5 snow storm WAS … Nobody demanded $2,000 debit cards or trillions of “Bailout Money!” that Congress approved of and not TAXPAYERS!

  6. We did not wait for some affirmative action government to get us out of a mess …created by being immobilized by a CONGRESSIONAL welfare/bailout program that ONLY trades votes for whomever thatwill put money in their POCKETS! …

  7. Nope, we just melted the snow for water.

  8. We chopped wood in 10 degree weather for our wood stoves, broke out coal oil lanterns or Coleman lanterns …

  9. Truck drivers pulled 100s of people out of snow banks and didn't ask for a penny! We sent out caravans of SUV's and 4x4s to pluck people out of snow engulfed cars. Local restaurants made food, and stores emptied their shelves of medial supplies, blankets, fuel, and baby formula. Police, fire departments, and volunteers battled “20 degrees below zero weather” to delivered these CRITICAL supplies to 1000s of snow trapped families. …. and not “One Penny” was demanded from “TAXPAYERS”

  10. Families took in the stranded people who were total strangers – because up HERE it is "Work Together or Die"

  11. Even though a Category "5" blizzard of this scale has never fallen this early we know it can happen and how to deal with it ourselves! and not be free-loading Americans who blame and expect others to take care of them!

  12. As red-blooded, hard working, and Proud To Be An American … I hope this gets passed on and on …

  13. Maybe .... SOME people will get the message .... The world and especially the fricken government does NOT OWE YOU A DAMN LIVING!
