DECENTRALIZIMI, KOMERCIALIZIMI, RAJONALIZIMI • Aktualisht: • Shoqata është e shqetësuar për copëzimin e mundshëm të ujësjellësave,si rrjedhoje e transferimit të pronësisë së sistemeve të tyre tek njësitë e pushteteve vendore. • Sot nga 54 sh.a. të inventarizuara, vetëm 460 sisteme ujësjellesash do të transferohen. Speaking on behalf of the Water Supply and Sewerage Association of Albania, we are very concerned over the potential fragmentation that could take place in the water supply and sewerage sector, as the Government moves to keep it commitment to transfer ownership of water supply and sewerage systems to local government within 2006. (from 54 sh.a. already inventoried only 460 water systems will be transferred)

However, the issue is very complex and needs more focused attention.

DECENTRALIZIMI, KOMERCIALIZIMI, RAJONALIZIMI Aktiviteti më i afërt i Shoqatës me Qeverinë Qëndrore dhe atë Lokale: KONFERENCE PRANVERORE E POLITIKAVETËSEKTORIT TË UJIT NË SHQIPËRI, TIRANË, PRILL 2006, Ku do të trajtohen çështje mbi decentralizimin, komercializimin, rajonalizimin. Mbështetja financiare e GTZ-së. (Programi i Ujit) In light of this, the Association has started the preparation to conduct an all day Water Policy Conference on 12 April 2006 that will address only this issue. We expect that this Water Policy Conference will be co-hosted by the Association, the Ministry of Public Works, Transport and Telecommunications; and the Ministry of Interior; with financial sponsorship from GtZ.

DECENTRALIZIMI, KOMERCIALIZIMI, RAJONALIZIMI Objektivi i Konferencës do të jetë:të ndihmojë proçesin ebalancimit të faktorëve të decentralizimit që do të shpien në nevojën për rajonalizim të shërbimeve ujësjellës kanalizime e cila do te realizohet nëpërmjet arritjes së faktorëve të ekonomisë së shkallës dhe përdorimit sa më të mirë të burimeve njerëzore për të menaxhuar këtë sektor të vështirë. The objective of the Conference is to contribute to the process of building a consensus in Albania on having a rational balance between the decentralization of Government and the regionalization of water supply and sewerage services to achieve the proper economies of scale and to better use the limited available human resources to manage in the sector.
