Communication Problems • The employees do not know each others jobs and tasks both in general and from day to day -> ignorance, confusion, mistakes • There is not a place, medium/thing or person to make projects and deadlines visible -> things slip the employees minds and it leads to stress and mistakes • The structure of the leadership is flat -> insecurity among the employees

Conclusion • All these little things can end up in a negative spiral and create big problems for this new company that actually does many things very well: • Bad and random service for the customers • Customer loyalty will reduce • Negative reputation and word of mouth marketing • Competitors will win the market • Dissatisfied employees, negative work environment

  5. A System for Intern Communication PROJECT CHARTER STAKEHOLDERS • Create a system that keep all the employees up to date with current and up-coming tasks and projects and their deadlines. • All employees at The Company.

  8. We believe in this project… • This is a manageable project according to both the company’s and the project manager’s time, the economic and people involved. Because the project does not require a long period of time, much money or many people working on it. • We believe that it is possible to find a system with a single tool or a combination of tools that can solve this problem. • We believe that a rather simple tool or system can prevent a negative circle of serious problems.
