Cael eich asesu wrth i chi wneud galwad ffôn, gofyn i chi ysgrifennu llythyr neu neges e-bost at gleient, gwasanaethu cwsmer, dadansoddi rhifau, datrys problem • Gorfod rhoi cyflwyniad ar destun, gan ddefnyddio TGCh, mae’n debyg • Ymarfer gweithgareddlle byddwch yn cael llawer o bethau pwysig i’w gwneud a bydd yn rhaid i chi benderfynu ym mha drefn i’w gwneud.
