  1. QUEENS COUNTY CHAPTER ONLINE JUNE 2011, VOLUME XXIX, NO. 9Official Publication of the Queens County ChapterInternational Association of Administrative Professionals Queens County Chapter Officers 2010-2012 Dear Members, The New York State Division Annual Meeting was quite successful this year. Queens County Chapter received two Certificates of Recognition; one for adding three (3) new members and the other for the program given by Lorraine Engenito, CAP, entitled Adventures in Accounting: Accounting Procedures Made Easy. The newly installed New York State Division Officers for the 2011-2012 term are: Diana Rockwell Wetmore, President Angela Grabowski, CPS/CAP, Vice President Joann Liddy Pierce, CPS, Treasurer There was no one to take the position of Secretary this year. Hopefully by September someone will come forward to accept the position. We all know that the Secretary is the heart of any organization. I am looking forward to hearing from the NYSD President with that information in the near future. The next big event is the International Education Forum and Annual Meeting (EFAM) which will take place at the end of July in Montreal, Canada. The educational opportunities are appealing and even though we will be on the same continent, we are entering a neighboring country. I am so looking forward to revisiting Montreal since I was there as a young child and have not had the pleasure of returning until now. I wish you all a wonderful summer and a healthy one. Connie Lanci CPS/CAP, President
