  5. A gender integrated program AKKA is a gender integrated leadership program Observe the academic organization and culture - from a gender perspective Gender theories and gender perspectives offer ways to see, analyse and explain Gender integration is a qualitative aspect of gender equality

  6. QUESTIONS… Why are there so few women leaders in academia? How does gender operate in academia? In which ways is leadership gender marked? Do women and men have the same opportunities regarding career?
