  4. State health care insurance company • Enbrel, Humira, Remicade, Avastin, Erbitux, Forsteo, Raptiva, Sutent, Velcade, Xolair • Total ammount of patients • Criteria set (protocol): • To start the treatment • Optimal dosage • Monitoring of treatment (protocol): • To continue • To abort therpy
