Apparel & Accessories Designer - Baby/Boys/Menswear Salary – £20,000 - £25,000 Potential Route GCSE Textiles A Level Textiles Design @ University Potential Route GCSE Hospitality NVQ Level 2 in Food and Drink Service, or Hospitality Service. • A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Apparel & Accessories Designer, specialising in Baby/Boys/Menswear to join the team at Smith & Brooks based in our London offices. • The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience within Children's Licensed Character Fashion. • Licences include: Disney, Sonic, Nintendo, Moshi, Mr Men, Thomas, Scooby, DC and many more! • You would be expected to have: • Strong graphic design portfolio • Commercial Fashion Illustration portfolio & technical drawings • Knowledge & understanding of Licensor's character design • Technical knowledge of fabrics, embellishment techniques, print technique and garment construction. • Ability to work on multiple product areas. • Good time management skills. • experience of range development across all ages. • sound knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite CS5 (Illustrator, Photoshop & Indesign)
