  3. Facts and figures Cluster TFS Cluster i • The IMPEL websites holds a lot information • 180 projects in the database • Report, manuals and tools • Projects go back more then 15 years 121 projects 59 projects 3

  4. Our observations Cluster TFS Cluster i When focussing on inspection we see: • Connection between projects is not clear • We use different terms • There are overlaps • We do not know where the gaps are • Some project have aged • Difficult to find the right information 4

Cluster TFS Cluster i How to improve • Scrutinise the existing information in: • Reports as background and study material; • Up to date guidelines, manuals and tools to be directly used by practitioners Make use of stepping stones to: • Connect the projects together • Make it easy accessible • Detect overlaps and gaps Cluster i Cluster TFS 5
