  3. Leonardo da VinciTransfer of Innovation - European Priorities • Why the project was necessary?(needs addressed - problems solved): • increased importance of generic skills and key competences on the labour market • a need to measure and teach/improve these generic competences

(process – implementation): • by combining existing software to detect these competences of entrepreneurs, employees, unemployed people and students with 14 existing training modules for soft skills • by creating an adapted and translated screening tool for soft skills that automatically generates a Competence Curriculum and a training proposal that is linked to 10 key competences

(results with regard to European priority): • a screening tool for the detection of 11 soft skills • 11 training modules (one for each competence) to train employers, employees, unemployed and students on 2 levels, • a trainer handbook to train the competences • 1 DVD with 11 videos All material is available in Czech, Dutch, English, Polish and Spanish.
