PGT Città di Arese • Il DdP svolge la funzione di documento quadro dell'assetto territoriale all'interno del quale l'A.C. definisce le esigenze di sviluppo, miglioramento e conservazione del territorio comunale stesso. Ha una durata di validità prestabilita di 5 anni (Documento del Sindaco) è sempre modificabile e contiene: • Scelte strategiche • Individuazione dei vincoli • Studio geologico e idrogeologico • Carta del paesaggio La redazione di questo DdP è avvenuta in due fasi distinte: • definizione del quadro ricognitivo e conoscitivo • Individuazione e determinazione degli obiettivi e delle politiche
