KESIMPULAN Kewajiban BRI selaku pengelola filing satelit Indonesia: • Mengadakan satelit dan menempatkan satelit di slot orbitnya • Menyiapkan contingency plan • Menyiapkan data untuk proses pendaftaran filing yang belum selesai • Membayar biaya tagihan filing ke ITU • Melaksanakan koordinasi satelit yang belum selesai • Melakukan pendaftaran filing baru
