Using the Scientific Method • Problem: You work for a cleaning product company and your job is to design a new carpet cleaning solution that will create the most foam. • Solution 1 Solution 2 • ½ c clear liquid ½ c clear liquid • Squirt of soap Squirt of soap • 2 tsp dry powder 1tsp dry powder • 3 drops blue coloring 2 tbsp water • 3 drops red coloring • We will create both solutions. As the ingredients are mixed, observe so you can draw conclusions.
