Although Craig Richardville has been responsible for leading the advancement of innovation initiatives throughout Carolinas HealthCare System, he also held a position as board member for Blue Ridge Healthcare system, Carolinas Shared Service LLC, Healthy@Home, LLC and University of North Carolina Charlotte Foundation.

  3. Besides this, Craig Richardville's attributions stretched further as a health services researcher, who has served on federal advisory committees and has given testimony in the US Senate Health Education Labor and Pensions in 2015.

  4. Craig Richardville (Atrium) illustrated his passion to provide patients with satisfactory services, with a particular focus on primary and on-demand care. He helped Carolinas Health Care System gain Most Wired designation for 14 consecutive years.

  5. His 9 box grid and lean processing embedded philosophy helped him evaluates his employee’s current and potential level of contribution to the organization and adapt methodologies to keep them motivated and work per the requirement.

  6. Craig Richardville’s resource optimization techniques resulted in time-saving per document per day per officer which increased efficiencies as well as 40,000 annual working hours.
