How? • Decommission in-house residential care to identify sites for development • Use revenue to fund provision of 24 hour care on site • Set out clear partnership agreements • Allocate Project Managers to co-ordinate and drive through the process • Ensure sign up from all partners • Ensure inclusion of service users, tenants and the local community • Ensure clear and timely stakeholder participation & communication • Ensure understanding and ownership of risk • Provide strong leadership & support
