Beta Phi Alumni Association of DKE • Year in Review • Three sub-committees: Alumni Organization Structure, Pledging and Rushing, and Fund Raising • Today we want to review the status of these initiatives • Establish a more structured process to move the Alumni Association and the House forward

Beta Phi Alumni Association of DKE • Reactivation of the Alumni Association • Why new corporation vs. reviving old name? • Corporate Structure (Based on DKE Club) • By-Laws • Directors • Officers • Purpose • Dues structure & expenditures • $100 per year • $50 per year (up to 5 years out of school) ($30 credit if current with National Dues)

Dues to Alumni Assoc Paid to the Alum Assoc Cover expenses of Assoc Promote alumni social interaction with undergrads Promote undergrad activities to strengthen the house: rushing, pledging, etc. NOT TAX DEDUCTIBLE DKE Gift Fund Paid through the UofR’s giving program Intended to pay for the capital improvements to the house Activities to strengthen the brotherhood and the leadership TAX DEDUCTIBLE Beta Phi Alumni Association of DKE
